I still know the main password of an ex bf from a year or 2 ago. I just remember him saying how he changes his passwords often and is so paranoid about security.... and yet this same password still accesses his email, bank account, WoW account, and cell phone. It's been so tempting to do something evil, but I have resisted.

when people date do they regularly exchange passwords to all their accounts? No one I've dated has any of my passwords and I plan on keeping it that way. How would it be beneficial for them to have my passwords? If I wanted to hide something why in the world would I be posting it to something they can read in the first place?

^^^well if you spend a lot of time together or live together there is a good chance you will need to use their computer for some reason or another.

I knew my ex-girlfriend's password to her laptop because we'd freely use it any time i was over at her place. she made the mistake of leaving her internet explorer open with her email and facebook logged in one afternoon when we were there. That's how i learned she had been screwing around. Girls suck.

i have to say there are some really good girls. Unfortunately we are not always the best looking bunch(and there are some exceptions to the rule)! Nerds with personality are always the way to go, guys or girls, imo. The gratitude that comes with being loved by someone keeps us faithful.

i've given my passwords to girls, and myself logged in to stuff at their houses, had my outlook info and calendar saved on a girls laptop, etc etc... not because they demanded them or anything, but like calling them and asking them to check my email for something, just forgetting to log out etc.

and i dont really care if someone close to me is reading my email or stuff like that. i dont have any huge secrets to keep, its not like i'm e-pimping or talking bad about anyone.

also, you have to remember 3 big things about passwords... these are how most passwords end up hacked, not because someone told them to someone else.
a) most people use the same password for everything. which is insanely insecure, but people still do it.
b) most people use an animals name, etc... if you know the person well, you could likely guess it in a few tries
c) if you really wanted in, and you know someone well... you can always answer their security questions and get it reset.

The best payback of all. Trust me, there is no sicker burn than the 'you no longer exist' move. This is one method that bitches cannot recover from, because when there is nothing left, there is nothing to hold onto. 'Moving on' begins at the moment you cut ties, not necessarily when you start a new relationship. Although, that definitely helps you forget faster.

I'm glad you decided to be the bigger person. It would have been much easier to let your feelings take control of your actions, but in the end, you would have caused even more pain for yourself as a result. No one that has cheated on you, left you, or discarded you is worth your time, energy, or hindering your pursuit of happiness. They can go fuck themselves, respectively.

i had never really exchanged passwords with a bf before but i do now. it wasn't like we sat down and told each other all our passwords. for one reason or another, we needed the other one to log into email or facebook to retrieve information. honestly, in the past i wouldn't have trusted any of my exes with my password information. (lol kind of tells you something)

i'm probably one of the most trustworthy people in the world. i have never snuck around on someone or done anything on facebook, text, email or otherwise that i wouldn't want my bf to see. in fact, when a certain ex was calling, leaving voicemails and texts for a long time after we broke up, i told my bf about what was going on. which came in handy when a random number kept trying to get in touch with me that i never responded to. he already knew what was up. then i just changed my number because it was annoying.
