Preferential voting is really hard to screw over. We may have a lot of "#1" votes, but those other teams have a lot of high ranking votes. If you want to do some strategic voting, you should place votes like this:#1 NC State#2 Rutgers#3 Notre Dame#4 Oregon State#5 West VirginiaIf they have a halfway decent voting method, then it is assumed that these 5 teams are better than 6-30, but 6-30 pairwise are equal.WHAT YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO IS to say#1 NC State#2 Florida#3 Texas#4 etcbecause this further cements florida and texas near the top.[Edited on May 20, 2009 at 11:41 AM. Reason : WHAT YOU DO NOT WANT]

At least we are beating Rutgers, which is some what surprising given the papajohns.com loss.

^^ I disagree. We will never overtake the top 4-5. Might as well leave them up there and leap the bottom teams. Voting the bottom teams high will cause them to rise as well. Voting for Florida, Etc. leaves them at the top and gives us a higher percentage than the lower teams.
