I don't see how it's really going to affect the Denver/LA ratings, though. Are wrestling fans going to tune in to hear Ernie Johnson's take on the situation? Probably not many. Are NBA fans who used to care about the WWE going to stop on RAW to see if Vince is taking a dump on the Nuggets owner? There's a good chance of it, though it's probably negligible either way.

You can safely assume that the public's awareness of this series has been elevated. In the last week it this "controversy" has been broadcasted on TV, radio, newspaper, and internet nonstop to the 8 million people in LA and the 2 million people in the greater Denver area. There's a thread about it on every sports forum and a million blog stories on it...
