Sweet pickles, lettuce and tahini in a toasted pita. I wouldn't recommend this to most of you, I'm surprised that I like it myself.

heres one i made this week. it doesnt have a name, but it stars jackfruit. i started by making a blondie mix from a box that i had into mini bundts. i took part of my jackfruit and cleaned and de-seeded the segments, put them in a sauce pan covered with water and simmered them until they were soft and the liquid became thick and syrupy. i processed a cup of chilled raw jackfruit until it was fluffy and smooth and added 2 tablespoons of cream and a touch of vanilla. i put this in the freezer and pulsed it 2-3 times in the hour before i served the dish. i cleaned and quartered the seeds and roasted them with a little salt and pepper. the leftover braising liquid i poked a few holes in the blondie and dribbled a bit over top, then simmered the rest into syrup. place a few sections of cooked jackfruit on a plate and place the mini bundt on top. fill and top with jackfruit cream. slice a fresh section onto the top and sprinkle with roasted seeds. garnish the plate with syrup (drizzle a tiny bit over the cream) and a sprig of mint. wish i had taken a picture!

When I worked in a restaurant, I would make my own fruit cocktail at the bar in a styrofoam cup.5 maraschino cherries5 lime wedges5 orange wedges3 lemon slices2 cups of vodka

16 ounces of vodka? I don't drink liquor, but that seems like a lot to me. Isn't a shot like 2 or 3 oz?

I wouldn't eat it all in one night. That's something you snack on for a few days. At least if you're my size. Two shots make me a little crazy.

^ this is true, also any condensed creme soup can go in place of sauce. You can throw some noodles or cheese in there too.[Edited on August 31, 2009 at 8:42 PM. Reason : though on second thought, if you used cream of musroom soup you wouldnet want the egg]
