regarding smashing teeth out, i do have a fear that when im running up stairs, ill trip and ill faceplant the step in front of me, causing my teeth to jam up deep into my gums

i kinda have a mini panic attack thing when i'm around crowds at the mall or somewhere. it's not really a fear though. it's more frustration building up. i can't walk fast enough, get around people, and it stinks. it starts building up in my chest and i get that stomach-knotted-up feeling and if i don't leave soon i might hit somebody

I also can't breath very well and I get light headed. It does not help that I work retail in the mall.

at my current job we are about to upgrade to autocad and the old guys are freaking out. they've been there since literally the mid 80's when they switched from drafting boards to the archaic software we are still using 25 years later.
