first off, I hope you're trolling.

second, its the work that counts unless you are in a heavy face to face environment with clients or you are interviewing. I care about my appearance to an extent but not enough to spend all the money that some people do my age. My middle ground is pretty much getting my entire work wardrobe from kohl's and target on sale

I mean, our dress code is business casual (ie most people just wear khakis and a polo shirt) and I wear dress pants and a long sleeve dress shirt 80% of the time, the other 20% I have a nice polo on days when its really warm BUT I really don't care at all what anyone else around me wears as long as they are getting their work done.

I spend as little as I can on clothes.

i think it depends on what you mean by "tank top"

i never know what men mean when they say things about clothes

you can do professional sleeveless. if it is summer i mean. i see lots of people do it - this has nothing to do with being casual though. i'm just saying. a lot of summer suiting dresses are sleeveless. and like shell sweaters. shift dresses, etc.

but this probably isn't what was meant by tank top. i just never know. my mom and i always bickered over whether or not something like this was professional (not for an interview, but for a non suit wearing office environment):
