Sec. Gates was talking about deploying the SBX out to sea. I live in Pearl City on a peninsula looking out near Ford Island where the SBX is usually tied to the pier.

I can confirm that it is not tied to the pier.

My parents are coming out here the first two weeks of July.

I'm sure we'll see some fireworks, but not from the TD-2.
