cop car a couple times, handcuffs a couple times, never been taken down town...although twice picked up in one night, by the same cops...they asked me "havent we already picked you up before tonight?" and i thought, ya, so you know where i live already, lets roll!!

i got pulled over in my driveway once for being in my driveway at night. i was at the end of my path because its the only place i could get a cell phone signal. I was glad someone was looking out for me till i realized the deputy was in all likelyhood the asshole who has been stealing the copper off of the county's telephone poles and i had accidentally snuck up on him

Never had any of this happen to me.

Never had a speeding ticket or been in a car accident or touched illegal drugs, even.

I'm about as boring as it gets. I like it this way, though.

holy shitballs, when i clicked next, i didn't expect to see my name at the top of page 2. i was just about to say... um, yeah, i got arrested and booked and then released, and then i spent most of the next year going to court every month or so (driving to raleigh from asheville to be in court most of those months cos i moved home not long after the whole thing went down). they dicked around with continuances, sometimes just because of overcrowding, but also because my arresting officer had a tendency to not show up. ten months after my arrest, after i drove 4 hours to sit around in the courtroom again and the cop failed to show up again, they dismissed the whole thing and told me to be more careful in the future. so, that was a huge relief.

being arrested fucking sucks. i can only imagine jail and prison suck even worse. my big plan is to never ever get caught breaking any laws ever again. some of my friends have wound up on various polices forces over the years, and i can say from experience that they are educated and compassionate people, but in general, i fucking hate cops and i generally try to stay as far away from them as i possibly can at all times.

I was made to sit in the PENALTY BOX for ten minutes once at Skate USA. And after watching the lifeguard at Emerald Pointe let his teenybopper friends dive into the pool I used deductive reasoning to come to the conclusion that diving was allowed. It was not, and he made me sit on the edge of the pool till i guess he forgot. i must have imagined those other people diving.
