do you see those two little buttons? you are supposed to attach your collar to those on an oxford shirt. and i realize thats an oxford so its not going to look pressed, but at least hit that shit with an iron.

also, part of the problem you are having is that the shirt doesn't fit. you need a larger neck size, that will make the collar lie better and will look more professional. this may mean having to grow up and buy shirts that come in sizes with numbers instead of letters, but thats the price of looking good.

At work, it looks like the older you get the less you care...hell, one guy should just come to work without a shirt on and of course he shows all that hair (slave famous would LOVE that!)

There are some polo shirts that I have that look better with a T-shirt and others that don't.

Ding ding ding

Whatever keeps my dress shirts in their best condition for as long as possible is the way we roll.

I have always worn a t-shirt under anything that isn't itself a t-shirt.

This includes dress shirts, polos, sweat shirts, sweaters, etc.

I wear crew neck undershirts under pretty much everything. Even t-shirts sometimes (on the occasions I wear a t-shirt as a casual garment--not if I'm going to the gym or the beach or something like that).

I find that only older men (50s or older especially) think that crew neck undershirts are unprofessional. These same old men wear Hawaiian shirts on casual Fridays etc.
