tell them the brakes were shot, you were worried about flipping it if one brake caught and the other didn't, since it is an offset. we had a ford 3000 that would do about 25, someone had screwed with the injection pump.

you broke the law and the cop wrote you a ticket. you deserve it, and i hope your insurance goes up for it.

you shouldn't even be driving a piece of unsafe shit like that on the road holding all of us real motorists up.

It doesn't matter if you are stopped on private property if the violation was observed on a street/highway or PVA.
