i got it resolved

turns out i was enrolled but for whatever reason, wasnt anymore. the lady on the phone said that even if you're not enrolled you're collecting points so if anyone has a wachovia debit card, go on the website and register and get something with your points before tomorrow!

i ended up getting the $25 wachovia gift card, didn't see anything i wanted
