when i started back at the gym and eating healthier i made cody put my scales in his car. i think they are still in there.

it would help me be more loose with my movements on stage-less stiff...that's the shell i am talking about. the only good thing about being this weight is my boobs at this point.

I've already told hubster that after we have kids (if we ever do) he is buying me a breast lift and possibly some silicone. Depends on how small they deflate to after breastfeeding.

i was a C cup at my ideal weight and i'm fine with having that. D cups are nice, but it's not worth the extra weight on my body.

If you're exercising, then diet is what might cause you to gain weight or just not lose weight. Don't skip meals, and don't eat late at night. Some people find it helpful to record what they eat. Otherwise, you tend to eat random foods throughout the day and just forget about it.

nope. not nessicarily.
i purposely make an extra meal to eat before i go to bed.
at night your body fasts...lowering basal metabolic rate.

eat a slow digesting protein-little cottage cheese. maybe a little peanut butter. something of the like. and it keeps your metabolism up during the night.


the whole eating late at night bad thing stems from the fact that most people tend to make poor food choices late at night

i started working out 7 weeks ago.i do cardio 5 times a week and weights 3 times a week
the scale has only showed about 10 lbs but i have lost a lot in inches...i have hit a plateau though.but i just gotta stick with it. my trainer says its because im not getting enough protien, since i am a vegetarian its a little bit harder for me.

if anyone wants to come to my classes, they're at 6:30pm in the fitness center of preston's reserve.

here's the schedule:

Tues 8/4: power drills
Thur 8/6: yoga sculpt
Tues 8/11: cardio combo
Thur 8/13: yoga stretch
Tues 8/18: rock bottom
Thur 8/20: yogalates
Tues 8/25: cardioboxing
Thur 8/27: yoga sculpt
Tues 9/1: power drills
Thur 9/3: yoga stretch

and class descriptions:

Cardio Combo: A fun cardiovascular workout that keeps you guessing! Exercises range from choreographed aerobics to intervals to calisthenics.
Cardioboxing: This fast-paced, action-packed, high-energy class incorporates traditional boxing moves with cardio.
Power Drills: A high-intensity combination of aerobic and anaerobic activity that includes calisthenics and strength training.
Rock Bottom: This class concentrates on strengthening and sculpting the lower body, using a myriad of tools to help you target trouble zones.
Yoga Sculpt: A yoga-inspired class with a flowing sequence of postures designed to increase strength and flexibility.
Yoga Stretch: A yoga-inspired class that concentrates on moving meditations coordinated with deep breathing. Yogalates: A fusion of yoga and pilates, utilizing the core strength of pilates with the flexibility of yoga for a great workout.

Just make sure that once you get into a routine you don't stop. The fastest way to gain weight is to build up muscle and then let it go (just look at how many professional athletes get fat as soon as they retire)
