for me, summer 76, for winter 68 or cooler, i hate having to change out of pants in the winter

I don't have AC or heat, so we just use windows to do what we can. Usually ends up about 81 in the summer and 70 in the winter, but there's about 9 months of the year in a sweet spot around 75. I'm not much of a beach person, but living near the beach is nice for the energy bill.
