Her tits were like "coming home from school and finding out your old man ran over your cat" sad.

Mournful tits. She has mournful tits. They're like two suicide notes stuffed into a glitter bra.

Oh, did you see I got cornered by Robin last night? I almost had to chew off my own arm to get away.

Oh! That poor woman has the saddest tits. Damned depressing.

BROCK
Right! Yeah, they're like The Notebook sad.

HUNTER

HUNTER
Those things are like a little kid with progeria cracking all his ribs trying to catch a Nerf ball. Just sad. Damnit she has gloomy tits!

BROCK
It's like she put a dollars worth of change into some old socks and then taped 'em to her chest!

HUNTER
I wanna build two little caskets and give her tits a tasteful, dignified funeral."

At the beginning of the episode I was worried (with the strange jump in plot), but then it turned into gold.

Great episode. Can't wait for next week's.

awesome episode, also setting up for what looks like an epic 3 parter with dean and doc's stories coming up.

That was the best Venture Bros. episode in a while. Maybe ever.

The more I learn about Rusty, the more I wish I didn't know.

This is a 3-parter, right?

Obviously next week is about Dean's internship, but his shock at the mysterious Rusty at the end makes me think that will be from a 3rd episode.

Any theories? Alt-universe Rusty where he's competent? Or did our own Rusty make a drastic change?

I'm wondering if JJ Venture will finally make an appearance, he's been notably absent for a while.

I'd say Bizarro-Rusty. Maybe he was somehow the conjoined twin in another universe and his brother is the idiot.

My question is why did Dermott's mother, err..., grandmother tell him Brock was his father? How was she even aware of Brock and if she just chose someone arbitrarily, why not someone that Dermitt had no chance of ever meeting?

Dermitt's sister has some major issues. Also, congrats to Hank for scoring after trying so hard with Molotov Cocktease and the Quymn twins. Dean's hoping Triana will turn out like her mother; both of whom I hope make an appearance this season.

have we seen dermott's sister before?

if i knew she was 30, it might have guessed where things were going, i thought she was supposed to be 18-20

I don't think so. Dermitt was getting a ride home from someone at the end of the Rusty Boy Adventure Camp episode, but think anyone was shown, just their voice was heard. I would think her mom would not want her daughter anywhere near that compound. Again, why was Brock chosen to be the father? I assume it'll be explained in another episode. This series has very few loopholes.

Prediction: Dermitt's Grandmother is actually Brock Samson's sister, making Brock Dermitt's great uncle. That still doesn't explain why she would tell him that Brock was his father.

We never saw a visual of Dermitt's mom/grandmother until this episode, so I am pretty sure there are some clues in her appearance, although how this is important to the overall venture bros plot and style isn't clear to me yet.

ehh, i didn't care for it. kind of a weak follow up from last week but any episode after the hank story would be a let down. i'm hoping the dr. venture adventure turns out cool with his bizzaro copy.

Watched Sunday's episode last night and was lolling the entire time. The whole Spider-Man thing was hilarious. I'm looking forward to seeing "Fat Chance" show up more in the future. Does anyone know what the deal was with that lady who turned into a hawk at night and had a bee for a husband? It's gotta be a reference to something.

^ That, turned into a birds and the bees pun.

Also, Spider-man was indeed awesome, as all Nathan Fillion characters are.

I love episodes featuring Dr. Orpheus. The way he delivers every line in an overly dramatic way is hilarious to me.

And Dr. Mrs. The Monarch in a cheerleader outfit? Yes please.

There were some great jokes, but overall I felt like this was the weakest episode of the season.

Probably due to the high quality of recent episodes.

lol @ the degrassi references. I used to watch the hell out of that show. I'd be pissed off if she did end up with Jay because he was a scuzball.

There's also been a lot of shoreleave (not major plot points.. but still a lot of lines)

Not that there's anything wrong with that..

No seriously.. it's awesome.

^110% agreed

Holy shit I cannot wait for them to start cranking out season 5.

And with that, I have nothing on television that I want to watch anymore (there are no more new episodes of South Park and Ugly Americans, right?).

Ditto, I'm sure there was a lot I missed.

They're going to start over from s1 on Sunday on Adult Swim and I'll probably watch it all from the start.
