Unpowered Philips antenna from target: 9 bucks. I only use the loop and can get like 20 HD channels and a load of SD.

Remember to start your vehicle up periodically though, every hour or so I give her a crank

StevieWonder. I have the thing you plug into the thing. I have two adapters one for the front for cig lighter and the other in the back. This might be the first year I bring my 20 inch tv and sit it in the back of the car. IF I buy that antenna you listed will I really be able to pick up channels? If so awesome. For my car I need to buy 4 new flags, i feel this year is the year and I want some new ones. Some new decals too. I like the white flags with the red trim with the block S. I want to put my TV in the back of the car so we can watch something, Im also getting a brand new alpine stereo put in on Monday at Best Buy with all the hookups. Any suggestions on a guy with an SUV Truck to have besides these.....please give me your info.

Cooler for beer and food
jumper cables just in case
AV outlet thing to plug stuff in with a plug
tailgate chairs
brand new radio for music
blackberry to hookup to the brand new radio
etc. Please let me know. Thanks!

yeah man, you cant get anything like ESPN. However, you can get pretty much every local channel, plus some stuff you will have never heard of.

To me, it is sufficient, I will be happy with whatever is on NBC/ABC/Raycom prior to games. I just use the TV speakers for whatever is on. If it is a tube TV, it might be a little heavier draining your battery, mine is a LCD.

^^If you have an HDTV, no converter necessary. It really is as simple as buying a 9 dollar loop antenna from target and attaching it to your tv. Crystal clear HD in the parking lot

Ok so in response, Im just bringing out a ghetto tv just to have a tv to show something. Will i need the antenna and the converter box? Just start my car every few hours right? Also I have jumper cables just in case. I think im going out and buying a grille this week. Im also going to buy 4 new flags, some chairs, what should i do regarding the big flag? I want one but dont know what to do. Any advice send it this way!

you will need a converter. i ran a 19 inch tv from a power inverter hooked directly to my battery for an hour or so and my truck still cranked fine.

what have you people used to cut the hole in your cornhole boards? I will pay someone $5 if i can borrow your 6" hole saw for 5 minutes to cut mine. I dont have a decent jigsaw that can do it either
