^^^I'd kill a damn raptor with a fucking spear on open terrain. I mean damn, humans killed horses with pikes all the time. You can also kill bears, moose, pretty much any animal on earth that's not >> 1 ton. Hippos, elephants, rhinoceroses would all have a pretty good chance of trampling you even with a pike.

You sure were not giving raptors too much credit here? I mean Jurassic park made them look cool, but I doubt they're any more cunning than a modern day jungle cat, they were probably about as maneuverable as an ostrich, and they were bigger, hence easier to hit. They look fast at a long dash, but that doesn't make a creature hard to shoot. I'm betting a regular AK-47, even a semi auto one, would do the trick just fine.

no you wouldn't. .the raptor would be too smart and agile for the pike. you are talking about killing horses with pikes when it's a proven fact that the horse is the single most retarded animal to ever live.
