you're pretty damn good at forcing semantics diversions, but no, how do non communists not see this coming on a bullet train? thats my question, has been from the start. If you're not going to swing in with a "I DONT UNDERSTAND LOL" comment (a fine tactic worth a few tries imo), then i'm still curious.

umm... yes it is.
The Patriot Act allows the gov. to hold you indefinitely without justification for anything they can fit under the umbrella of "terrorism." Where were you then what that was going through?
The things you fear from the Obama admin are EXTREMELY mild compared to the previous administrations view on civil liberties under the purvey of Cheney.
Besides, our gov is too big and slow to change for these things you seem irrationally terrified of to just sneak up on us.
