not reading the whole thread but, shouldn't he have at least contacted his gf at least once by phone/email during that trip?

The rest of the stories on that site are fake, or at least embellished quite a bit.

One of them supposedly took place in 1987, but they talk about Orlando Bloom who wasn't even remotely famous and also talk about a digital camera. So like...some of them might be partially based on someone's reality, but they're pretty much so all partially fictional as well.

yeah, i think that at least a call when he arrived in europe would've been a smart thing to do. if i'm traveling somewhere while in a relationship, i at least give them a call before my flight leaves and when my flight arrives just so they won't worry.
