first of all, the first thing kanye said was that he was happy for T-swift.

Secondly, how was the video of the year not win best female video? How can it be the best video of the year but not the best video of the year by a female? Thats never made sense. Apparently mtv agreed with Kanye or Swift would've won video of the year.

Thirdly, everyone watching awards at home says "awww, so and so shoulda won! that was te best!" after the person they didnt want wins the award. Everyone does that and Kanye just did it out loud which was pretty cool and hilarious.

Fourth, people are getting mad because it was a 19 year old small white girl and because she froze up and couldn't finish. If she had been competent and finished her speech afterwards, it wouldn't have been made as big of a deal.

Another reason why MTV awards have no legitimacy. If that video is so great then it should have swept the awards. I've got a mental picture of a bunch of award show organizers deciding that they'll give Taylor Swift that award and Beyonce the other so that they won't alienate anyones fans.
