I don't have a sword, but I do have a machete. I know that motherfucker will cut shit, because I sharpen it (because it actually gets used cutting brush and shit back home). The thing's dirty, rusty-looking, it's about 30 years old and it was purchased in Colombia. My hope is that the psychological value of a bearded giant in a hawaiian shirt waving a machete will make actual violence unnecessary.

you can burglarize a place and not be a robber
so when someone comes home, finds their house broken into and some shit missing, and the shit was taken at night, it could have been a burglary, but to be a robbery the property owner must be there and force must be used. pick pocketing is felony larceny cause there is no force, but yanking someones wallet from their hand after hitting them is robbery.

lol still robbery cause you took it with force. i dont know if there is a charge for throwing bodily wastes/fluids on a civilian, but im pretty sure there is one for doing it to a police/corrections officer. so if it was either of those you were robbing, itd be that charge also haha
