Salt isn't as bad for blood pressure as they once assumed...I think it was completely cutting out salt typically only lowers your blood pressure by one point. Something like that, anyway

sodium has to be in proportion to potassium and calcium in your body. cutting it out does little for your blood pressure but causes an array of other problems.

middle?
A: Definitely not! When you exercise muscle, it get bigger. You should only
do sit-ups if want bigger stomach.

I tell people this all the time.

seriously, i use it all the time, not as "salty" as the real deal but it adds a ton of potassium to your diet, which most americans get no where near the RDA of 4700 mg

There are a lot of salt substitutes out there on supermarket shelves. There are also salts, but not of sodium. I know I have seen potassium chloride for sure, and maybe even calcium chloride. They taste like salt.
