Yea

The show is interesting enough with the history/weapons/cars/money/deal I don't know why they try to add in so much scripted drama shit. You would think that they would have plenty of random items to include in the show and wouldn't need filler.

Someone should make a historical documentary about the downfall of the History Channel.

These guys failed all over the place on "Who Wants To Be a Millionaire". Rick missing the question about Hasbro toys to save face for his charity was embarrassing.

They lost before they got to 10K and Meredith said that they would guarantee their charity that much. Then, she said if they could answer one more question correctly they would double the donation to 20K. Of course, they missed it.

ok...

so why is that worthy?

im sure you win at everything, and from what you said it wa a bonus question where they didnt stand to lose anything and they tried and missed it.

Instead of rushing to judgment over something I said, how about you try watching it first.

I think I may have just seen Rick's tv debut.

On an episode of Insomniac with Dave Attell, Dave visits the Gold and Silver pawn shop late at night and Rick is the main person there with another guy that I've never seen on pawn stars. It was kinda funny....Rick was def. skinnier back then.

Looks like it was season 4 episode 2 back in 2003.....kinda interesting, to me atleast

double edit: Here's the clip if anyone cares: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gvu6APT3JLY

A friend of mine is SUPPOSED to be on this show sometime soon.

her name is Kay and she (i think) is selling a haircutting thing or something like that???

she cant say anything about it because she signed a contract but I do know she mentioned going down there and talking to them.

interested to see her episode.

Agree.

Used to be a great show when it was natural comedy. Now, every episode, they have a "Chum Lee acting like an idiot" segment that is incredibly staged. Chum was funny when he was accidentally being an idiot, but it's now over the top really bad acting

I'm sure they love the $25K per episode though, so it probably doesn't bother them that much

yea, for one, he super-whitened his teeth because now they glow, and I am pretty sure he could use them as a nightlight
