I never really became a fan of Kiper until I watched a couple drafts and saw how Kiper knew 100x more than McShay

Mark Packer likes to give Kiper shit because he spends all year researching college players and other NFL prospects, and gives his mock draft, to which maybe 5-6 picks are spot on...but Packer also acts like its an NCAA bracket, whereas picking one pick wrong in the NFL Draft can severely impact other picks...and inevitably you have retarded teams (ie the Raiders) who in hindsight should've gone with what Kiper says as opposed to what they actually did

McShay on the other hand...he said Devon Snead would be drafted top 5 and was a better QB than McCoy...now Snead is projected as a 4th round pick this year

McShay's "sources" in the NFL are basically players agents who will tell them what they want him to hear...Kiper on the other hand has legit sources within NFL teams, that he's spent years working on...McShay is just a joke
