This thread's length reflects the atmosphere in the stadium, as seen on tv.
Did anyone else just watch Smith interview with blonde lady?

I thought the fan support during today's game was paltry and piss poor from seeing the wide angle shot from TV.
WTF!?
At the least you think fans would show up to see a legend, Brett Farve, in what will likely be his last game. When i was younger the Hornets played the Bulls during a normal season game. Eventhough we were sure to lose, which we did, the charlotte coliseum was packed. This was likely all these fans last chance to see a living legend.
I get panther tickets once a year as a bday present for my dad and I was debating between this game and the Bills. I know see that I choose POORLY. In defense I wanted to see a "warm weather" game when in years past i only went to December games.
Awesome game i am really glad that our team has enough pride to excel even when at this point we are playing for kudo's points. 12/20/2009 11:52:53 PM |

Just got back from the game ... crowd wasn't great, but wasn't nearly as bad as some of you guys are making it out to be (at least it didn't seem that way there).
You've got to remember that (a) the panthers aren't making the playoffs (b) half the fanbase wants Fox gone. All things considered, I think it was a decent showing. 12/21/2009 1:24:18 AM |

Yeah I thought that the crowd was pretty good considering the circumstances. There were a ton of vikings bandwagoners there, they did little to make noise, but the panther fans got steadily more into it as it went on. 12/21/2009 1:31:13 AM |

Yeah it was cold as balls in 205... But once we got outside the building it was so much colder.
BTW - We ran the table on some guys playing beer pong. They knew the rules. You get run, you run around the house naked. BoA stadium was the house. Let 'em slide on it just this once. 12/21/2009 11:51:03 AM |

So apparently Brett farve threw a hissy fit and refused to let the coach pull him. I don't understand who the fuck that douchebag thinks he is, and I can't believe the coach let him get away with it. I hope to God that they get eliminated early in the playoffs so that maybe, just maybe I won't have to hear any of his bullshit again. I guess until he pretends to retire again.

^^you were right below me. I shoulda been scoping out the crowd. Now i know.
great game...and it wasn't all that cold if you dressed for it. My feet finally got numb in the 4th, but i was toasty the entire time.
It was so good to see the team play that well albeit too little too late. What scares me with a signature win like this is that this may have been a Fox job saver. I can see Jerry Richardson falling for this and thinking Moore and this coaching staff can lead us somewhere. I really hope he doesn't. This team needs change.
^It wasn't really a 'hissy fit'. At the time of the arguement the Vikings were actually winning. I think it was a pretty stupid move on Childress' part to even consider benching Favre "to protect him" in that situation

Damn, I feel you dude. I've got no voice and a slight hangover since I decided to try and drink away the cold last night. Feeling like shit now, but it was an awesome game to be a part of ... even if the panthers were essentially playing for pride.12/21/2009 1:40:18 PM |

I don't know if moore plays this well for the rest of the season and if fox makes some promise to stop sucking delhomme's dick/write it in to his contract or something, then i wouldn't mind giving the guy another chance if we win at least one more game and look highly competitive in the other12/21/2009 5:17:12 PM |
