2) The score isn't even shown on the video feed
3) It's ultra low def. The video feed looks like a grainy cell phone feed from some random guy in the stands
4) The sound is just a radio feed, nothing more.

what are you expecting, a full scale HD ESPN style production? i mean fuck... the jumbotron feed is used because it's a real control room producing it, with replays and everything. the score isn't used because they aren't going to put the score on the screen in the arena when its displayed right below the video feed. the quality of the game could be better, but if you double click the video to full screen it, it's fine, you can see what's happening and tell who the players are. i have no idea how you could expect much more out of the audio... the radio feed is fine.

you would think with their nice new control room and HD boards and new stuff that we could get something decent

there we go howell! did exactly what i said and went into the middle of the zone and scored. that's how you use your size advantage. just score over the other team. don't play the style of basketball where it is illegal to use physical and athletic advantages

Howell is better than horner right now. knows how to play inside the zone and he is a freshman. thats what we need. we dont need another perimeter player who shoots bricks and doesnt get rebounds

not asking for HD, I'm asking for SD, which this PAID (key point here) service hasn't achieved yet. is it too much to want to read the names on the back of the jerseys? I guess thats why they wrote the names so large on them, to save costs on this feed. The radio feed is fine but when they start showing the player interviews and all you hear is commercials from the radio it just doesn't look polished. It looks like they spent as little time on this as humanly possible. F for Effort.

FYI, the Walton HS basketball stream is MUCH better than what ncsu/canesvision is providing. That's fucking embarrassing.

I dont know what ncsuftw1 is defending. If a fucking high school can do a better job, then there is no excuse. What walton does is just film the scoreboard or clock and have it as an overlay. Ghetto, but it works and is MUCH better than what ncsu does (nothing).

And the video is bigger and of much higher quality, and the feed is reliable. This pack pass shit doesnt even work half the time.

ncsu is a fucking failure. oh yeah, and their shit is free as a service to the fans all the time

I know Johnny Thomas was only in for a few minutes, but i can't help but think he should get CJ Williams' minutes. Just watching JT on defense, he absolutely shuts down his man. Plus he gives us another guy like Davis to get easy effort and transition baskets.

CJ might turn it around, but right now, he's playing with ZERO confidence. He literally brings nothing to the game except some great cheering from the bench.
