^^I forgot about Nowhere Man. And, how does that top 50 not have Farscape in it? Invalidates the entire list.

Does Futurama count?
Aside from being a cartoon comedy, it does have legitimate sci-fi plots.
See episodes: Godfellas, The Sting, Roswell That Ends Well (heck, any episode with time travel, also Bender's Big Score) 3/24/2010 2:05:15 PM |

a show that's premise is based entirely around time travel, space travel, aliens, mutants and robots...no definately does not count. 3/24/2010 2:09:24 PM |

Yeah, they've got an SG-1 movie in the works and an Atlantis movie.
If we're doing cartoons then Futurama, Thundercats, Transformers, Roughnecks, Voltron, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, shit probably about half the cartoons ever made have some kind of scifi element to them. Even the Simpsons has science fiction elements (the Professor's flying motorcycle comes to mind, along with Kang and Kodos). 3/24/2010 2:24:53 PM |
