making your own egg muffin is SOOOOO easy...my mom used to make them all the time for my friends and me and because of that i have continued to make them for breakfast. much healthier and tastier than mcdonalds.

Nothing beats yogurt and granola in the morning, with a glass of OJ. Fills you up, gives you energy, isn't too heavy to digest. Plus the granola helps u drop that critical mid-morning shit

6/14/2010 1:16:37 PM

Not eating after 10 pm is one of the easiest things to do. Eat at 7 go to bed at 10. Then go to work in the morning. Simple. Or am I to much of an old man?
6/14/2010 1:29:44 PM
^yeah you're an old man. Also how do you eat so early? I don't get home from the gym till 6454-7pm most days. Dinner's 8-9 for me and sleep's around 12
6/14/2010 1:35:33 PM
i never usually eat that night...in the morning i wake up hungover and crave wendy's or bojangleshow did i forget cici's? omg eating 15 slices of delicious cici's takes some of the pain away[Edited on June 14, 2010 at 1:45 PM. Reason : .]

i'm guilty every now and then of eating a bowl of dry Special K and raisins as I watch Stewart & Colbert
6/14/2010 1:47:13 PM
gg tim. i would never be able to give up certain things. Zaxbys and Chickfila come to mind. But in moderation and with the help of a fast metabolism (that is slowing down by the months ) i've been ok so far. *knock on wood*. But i do agree, eating after 10pm is a terrible idea. I will never munch out after a night of drinking no matter how big the urge is.
6/14/2010 1:50:39 PM
that last sentence made me LOL
6/14/2010 1:52:55 PM
I am so thankful to have high metabolism....
6/14/2010 1:55:47 PM
^^^to hell with that man. Late night food after a bender is a great hangover prevention method.
6/14/2010 1:58:48 PM
gg very nice
6/14/2010 2:02:04 PM
Yeah I pretty much eat whatever I want and drink as much as I want and never gain weight or get fat, and I'm 30 years oldAlthough I have worked out or exercised multiples times a week for probably the last 25 years, so I don't really give a fuck how many calories or grams of fat I eat
6/14/2010 2:02:24 PM
6/14/2010 2:02:52 PM
Even if you can eat whatever you want it's best to get healthy nowThat way you won't end up decrepit as shit

From what I can tell, while that is solid advice, it isnt really applicable to everyone.I believe genetics is the big factor. If your family grows up to be old, fat, and healthy, you're probably good to do whatever. On the other hand, if your family seems to die early of health issues, it should matter more to you. Even then, if your genes arent great, there is only so much you'll be able to do. You can spin on that treadmill everyday, but if genetics show you are prone to heart failure, diet alone isnt going to be able to change it much. There are health nuts that die young every day just like there are old fat worthless turds that live to be 95.[Edited on June 14, 2010 at 2:09 PM. 6/14/2010 2:10:30 PM
Sure. But do you think people with not so perfect diets feel like shit all the time? My diet is probably better than most now (couldnt have said that 3 or 4 years ago), and I feel pretty much the same.In any event, TKE has been able to do something most could not, and I salute him.[Edited on June 14, 2010 at 2:12 PM. personally i feel better when i eat tons of fresh fruits and vegetables and stay away from salt, fat and excess alcohol, no matter how exotic and far-flown and unsustainable the vegetables are.
6/14/2010 2:16:15 PM
I guess it depends on what you intake.I have this argument with my wife all the time. Before I met her, I ate pretty much one meal a day. very content with this. No problems. I have noticed the more I eat, the more I want to eat, and now I have gone back to my former simple rule: I eat when I am hungry, otherwise I dont eat.I think overeating is probably a bigger problem than what you eat. And with everyone hearing all this crap about 3 meals a day, its no wonder people feel like crap. For me, breakfast is the WORST. It made sense when people were farmers, and were going to be out in the field burning a lot of calories, but if you're like most of us, we sit at a desk all day. No where to burn what you eat. No point in eating so much.

^^ me toobut i have like 8 trillion vitamin deficiencies it seems like and i am constantly adjusting my diet to accommodate and then i go back and discover i am deficient in something else. COME ON, BODY.^ i guess its individual. i can't eat a huge breakfast. but if i eat some oatmeal i feel a lot better and more energized AND i stay full a lot longer. but on the days i eat breakfast i feel like i don't die in the middle of the day and need like a 4 hour nap. *shrug* it could be mental.[Edited on June 14, 2010 at 2:19 PM. The only time I get tired in the middle of the day is after the lunch I felt forced to eat after I ate breakfast
