I haven't played PvP, just PvE. I know how to roll over all of that. My character is level 10.

If anyone has any questions I'll do my best to answer them.

Here's some useful tips:

The Booster Gold exploration series is a waste of time because it doesn't give you much experience.
The Wanted Posters that show up after level 12 or so are awesome, so are Alerts.
The green investigations while completing PvE quests are a great source of feat points and experience. There is one per quest.
