It's missing people who can finish near the basket. I can't count how many time's players have missed point blank shots that should be gimmes.

But yeah there is something else.... coaching?

I'd really like to go and watch one of our practices, then watch one of Duke's and UNC's practices and see how they compare.

It could be the fact that no one on the team other than Scott Wood and Tracy Smith can shoot the ball well. And Scott Wood can only shoot threes so that doesn't help either.
