NCAA Tournament 1983 - This is the first NC State related memory anyhow... My parents explained to me what was going on. We could hear the partying from all over Raleigh.

when could you first name all the teams in the ACC , i would say 92 or so

for a long time though i thought Clemson was in NC because i just assumed nothing was in SC of any relevance
