I'm not smoking anything. The cap for enlistment bonuses is set at $40,000 Re-enlistment bonuses are even higher than that if you have a high demand or specialized rate/mos. It is currently fairly easy to get high enlistment bonuses in the army or marines.

Never once did I claim it happens on a large scale. You're right most soldiers to conduct themselves professionally. I just said that we shouldn't be surprised when it does happen, especially in a company having problems with their superior officers. 5/3/2011 9:38:54 PM
