im becoming much less concerned with farm raised versus wild and much more concerned with local and sustainable.

Tr00, but sometimes it's hard not to cut a decent sized blue catfish into nuggets and fry them up. It's like, am I going to eat some nasty old sammich or am I going to fry this catfish?
