what a pussy, i hate it in boxing when:

- a big guy jabs, then clinches all the time
- somebody fights for 10 rounds "not to lose" instead of to win

Never pay for a boxing match. I haven't seen one in atleast 5 years that was worth the price of ppv

^ Same here...only because I know there would be some true hatred in the ring. No way that fight would go 12.

Knew I was not going to pay for this. Had to know Moseley was not going to stand up and really fight. But this was terrible.

Mayweather would end up looking like the black Beetlejuice after the fight, but at least he would throw a shit ton of punches.

As much as I want it, a Mayweather-Pacquiao fight would look a lot like this, but with Mayweather throwing back. He would run the whole time and play defense, because that's what he does. He is elusive and so he'd get hit no more than Moseley did here, but his speed and punching ability are better, so he'd end up throwing back and connecting on some punches.

In the end, though, you wouldn't see an exciting fight, because the style of Mayweather isn't designed that way. As a defensive fighter who uses speed and elusiveness, he's the welterweight version of Lennox Lewis and the Klitschko brothers. We'd all love to see a good fight because of the out of the ring animosity, but it wouldn't happen.

None of the fights I have ever seen involving Mayweather were "good" fights, even when he beats down his opponent, because he is a runner. It works, but it's not good tv.

^^you very well may be right, but i'd still hope they'd both lose focus a few times throughout and become sluggers and really give some good spectator action

I Don't care that the fight will or will not be exciting

The point is that the fight needs to happen the best need to be fighting the best

Might I add while they're still on their fuckin game

It was a pretty lame fight like every Pacquiao fight seems to be. The last big fight I remember him being in was last fall when he won every round 10-9.

i mean welterweight fights have knockouts less than they don't, but manny is always capable of the KO

LOL two of the judges scored Moseley's "knock down" round 10-10. Good for them.

I don't see how they could have called that a knock down. I guess they were trying to make the fight exciting since neither boxer wanted to.

At least the Vazquez-Arce matchup was good. Lol at the dad throwing in the water bottle and towel in the 12th round.

And he knocked Ricky Hatton the fuck out. But Hatton doesn't run, which is one of the reasons I always liked him. He probably should have, though.

who the hell got duped into this?

I gotta admit i pretty much stopped following/caring about boxing after Sugar Shane lost to Vernon Forrest twice in a row.

Boxing completely died at the turn of the century. Loved it in the 90s and i love the classic old fights but this shit is totally gay now, no one actually fights.

It's sad to see MMA starting to die the same death, but at least you get a few great fights here and there still

Pacman has the same problem that Roy Jones Jr had; no true rival. You can't blame that boring fight on Pac; he was chasing Mosley all around the ring. Pac's fights are almost always exciting because of the energy level he brings to the ring. There are very few other boxers who can throw over 1000 punches in a fight, and keep their intensity up for all 12 rounds.

^There could be a good boxing rivalry, if someone would man up and fight Pac Man in what would be one of the biggest fights in a long time.
