^ not really. all it means is we better be ready to stop the run like we did against UVA. This will force them to throw no matter what. I think may kill us more from their passing game is that they throw to those underneath speedy guys like we do, who can break it any time as well. So our LB's better be on their game.

Actually, im more excited for this game against FSU than I am against UNC... i always want to beat UNC and for every other team to beat them, but i respect FSU like crazy. I don't care whose hurt, whose not, they are a notch in the belt to any team who beats them and can even hang with them.

A win against FSU has a different feel than a UNC win.

That said, i don't expect us to win, i can see how we could win though, basically don't let EJ run around, and force him to throw, he's not the best passer we've seen and makes mistakes, he's been on and off the field his entire FSU career, just gotta pressure him a little.

Offensively, we have to be able to run and i think we will/can. What killed FSU last year basically was RW's ability to scramble which he used their aggressiveness against them. That delayed draw play we run could be huge as well as the passing game to the RBs/FBs. That should open up a couple of bombs off blitzes ala Wake. Although i like how we've just been running off-tackle or off-guard with pulling OLmen.

idk man. FSUs secondary last year was dialed in every single play. it was very difficult to make throws (which is why russell had to do it on the ground himself in those situations)

but like you say the ground game is going to be crucial for any chances here
