If you read this book:
The go into a lot of the studies that have been done on this subject. Some of the stuff they talk about in the book I'm kind of  to but a lot of it was stuff that I wasn't aware of. It's a good starting point since they reference all the studies at the end that you can go back and read yourself. 12/9/2011 7:55:58 AM
