I don't see the problem with that article.

Our schedule has been crazy weak in the ACC so far. He compiled statistics about our opponents and came to a conclusion that will in all likelihood be spot on.

I pretty much agree with the premise of that article. We can circle jerk around here all day about being tied for first in the acc but the bottom line is that we have earned that 4-1 record by playing some of the weakest competition in the acc. I'll start drinking the kool-aid when we beat the likes of duke, unc, fsu, or virginia; who are still the four best teams in the conference right now I believe. I still think we fall somewhere in the middle tier.

The good thing is, we've seen that all of those teams are capable of losing almost any given conference game at any point, with all four of those "top" teams having wtf losses this year.

Comparing us to UNC over the last 12 games:
Both teams are 10-2
Each teams have one loss to the #1 overall team
Each team has one WTF loss. UNC's loss was by more points, but to a better team than State did and on the road.
Strength of schedule in that span is comparable.

It will still shock me if UNC wins, but it really shouldn't. Strickland's absence will be a HUGE help. UNC likes to run and strickland's defense is a big part of that. It will help slow down their offense and speed up ours. That basic change of pace may, by itself, be the deciding factor if state pulls out the win.

My biggest worry: Zeller and Henson staying clean and getting our bigs in foul trouble.

This is one of those games where I wouldn't be shocked either way. I think UNC will have their way with us, but only because we always let them. I think we CAN win this one, I just don't know that we will.
