I'm level 10 online but I haven't been able to unlock any of the tier two vehicles yet.

Anyone know how to get those freed up?

Someone online said you can unlock Tier 2 at level 16 which would allow you to unlock all of the tier one stuff first.

I'm getting close and will report my findings.

I unlocked Darkside finally. You have to unlock everything in tier one in skins, upgrades, and vehicles before it will let you unlock anything in tier two.

i haven't played online yet in the full release...is there a list of things you need to complete in tier 1?

There are I guess fourteen or fifteen things to unlock in tier one. Some vehicles, some upgrades and some paint schemes.

Once those are all knocked out then you can start unlocking the tier two goodies.
