well, who cares.

its goose is cooked and obama knows it; otherwise he wouldnt be stupid comments about judicial review like he has been the past couple days.

sad that he was a professor on a subject he obviously knows very little about, or rather, doesnt care for or respect.

i predict this will haunt him far worse than gas prices etc going forward.

Nobody actually knows what the supremes will do. If they strike down the individual mandate, but leave the rest - things will get interesting for sure. Many insurance companies will likely go under or choose to jack premiums sky-high, and we'll have a serious crisis on our hands.

Obama's reelection chances are very closely tied to the economy, everything else is noise.

If the economy gets better, he likely stays in office. If the economy stalls or tanks, he's likely out.

Regulators must approve rate increases...so the insurers will simply shut down. Problem solved.

And I believe Obama will be re-elected whatever happens. The real mystery is what happens to Congress!
