nothing about this thread is constrained to new threads in the manner described by the el nacho, the thread topic is open ended. In fact, the OP later commented about posting in an existing thread as did Smath74 and dyne which is what my comment was in response to.

so as always, I continue to be smarter than el nacho

I just want to point out that if the mods are being consistant here (lol) then they are perfectly fine with someone going to a 12:01am Friday showing of a new blockbuster movie, and then posting a thread in chit chat with the ending being spoiled in the thread title.

Think about that for a second.

The other side of that is if you make a habit of acting like an asshole on the internet, you're going to get treated like an asshole. Same goes for acting like a bitch.

I couldn't care less about the way that people on this site treat me personally. Nobody on here, save a select few who know me in real life know a damn thing about me except for what I choose to put on display here. Do you honestly think I don't realize what a whiny little bitch I'm acting like? Or that I can be a giant asshole when I want to be? I've got most of my biggest haters blocked anyway (I assume that kralium and merbig are only posting troll related posts in here anyway calling me names and slurs and whatnot, that's par for the course with users that consistently bad) so I don't even have to read their noise.

The issue isn't "OMG, I want special treatment because I'm el nacho and my satisfaction is the only thing that matters here", the issue is, there are a small amount of people in this particular thread that are ruining the experience for the bulk of the other users and you mods aren't doing shit about it. If I were the only one that cared, I'd take a step back and reevaluate my bitching, but I'm not. And since I could not possibly give less of a shit what any of you people think about me, I'm going to keep acting like a jackass, if that's what it takes for this issue to get a little of your precious attention. I've repeatedly tried PMing moderators in private for years on this issue, and the problem still remains.

The FACT of the matter is that there is a thread dedicated to talking about the comic books and the FACT of the matter is that many people have expressed the opinion that talking about comic books in the TV show is not wanted and the FACT of the matter is that even after many attempts to get the mods to do the right thing, nothing has been done. I know many people said in the thread that got moved that they were mad that they got spoiled. You said, because it was in chit chat, anything was fair game. This is news to me as I had no idea that spoilers were allowed in thread titles in chit chat, It seems like it would be simple decency not to create threads like that and only common sense for mods to remove threads like that on the rare occasion when they occur. If you're now saying that you are allowing threads like that to exist as some sort of punishment for me acting like a bitch, then that's pretty shitty of you as a mod. If you are indeed saying that it's now and forever ok to post spoilers in chit chat thread titles, then I suppose there's nothing I can do to stop you, but I'm pretty sure that's not a can of worms you want to open. I briefly thought about going to see a movie on friday and spoiling the ending in a thread title, but there's no reason to make matters worse just to prove a point. Unfortunately, not everybody is as level headed as I am. (and yes, I realize that's not a bar that I've set very high, thus my point)

You'd have to define "that much". Obviously it matters enough for me to rant about it for a few paragraphs. Is it something I'm going to kill myself over, no? The question could be turned around to you as well, as in, why do you care enough to make several posts and a whole thread about me? Am I really bothering you "that much"?

It just seems like such an easy fix for mods to take care of. If someone acts like a dick and ruins shit for other people, give them a time out. Problem solved.

I mean, shit, how many people regularly read TWW any more? If you get 5 people that agree on something, that's a significant portion of the readership. Plus, if 5 people complain, how many others do you think that are annoyed, but don't want to have to deal with the harassment that comes with voicing their opinion about the problem? As you can see, people that complain around here start to attract the unwanted haters such as ^this dumbass.

For the record - before I bow out of this discussion - I have no feelings one way or the other on the issue, mainly for lack of care.

If someone "spoiled" something for me, I wouldn't care. I certainly wouldn't get emotional.

However, I would also never go out of my way to intentionally "spoil" someone else's experience - also because I don't care to.


So, either way, to me it's not a big deal to me. Bread and circuses, I suppose.
