I got dat HTC VIVE. Love it

I play a lot of The Golf Club VR. Probably the most amazing experience in VR. I don't even play golf, but its so addicting and realistic.

The Vive controller doubles perfectly as a Golf Club handle. It feels very natural.

I want to try that zombie game Arizona Sunshine next.

Picked up an open-box Vive for $594 at Micro Center yesterday and was up until 4am. Holy shit it was much better than I was expecting.

Eleven: Table Tennis is awesome.

The Gallery - Call of the Starseed came with it and I finished the first episode.

The Lab is also a no brainer when you just pick one up.

Space Pirate Trainer and Raw Data are AWESOME.

I thought I made the wrong decision at first, but really the Oculus Touch controllers added so much to the experience and they are so intuitive to use. I'm sure that Vive controllers are much more realistic for holding objects (swords, golf clubs, bats) and of course out of the box roomscale. I'm still waiting on my 3rd oculus sensor to ship for experimental positioning.

I Expect You to Die -- Great seated puzzle gameplay just wish it was longer.
Dead and Buried -- Shootouts with other people ducking behind shit was unreal
Superhot VR -- Insane fun w/bullet time and weapons.
Climb -- Didn't live up to hype for me maybe because I never played w/controller.
AltSpaceVR -- This was super interesting watching stand up comedians and then Reggie Watts did a live show one night.

I bought Chronos and Arizona Sunshine during xmas sale but haven't played yet.

^Let me know how Chronos is. There's some Oculus titles I'm going to try on my Vive (via revive).

So how many more generations of VR until these become actually worth buying other than for those who enjoy having the newest things?

^^Not sure if trolling or serious...I think they're totally worth it. There's a decent selection of stuff out and some of the games are incredibly fun. I've put quite a few hours on it since I got it on Monday.

^It basically let's you play any Oculus games on the HTC Vive ever since Oculus/FaceBook removed the hardware DRM check.

I was considering the Oculus but couldn't justify it after picking up a <$600 Vive kit plus being able to play Oculus games on it.

Also Space Pirate Trainer is the shit. You feel like you're in the matrix dodging bullets and the weapons/power ups are great.

I'm also a Vive owner. Space Pirate Trainer is seriously one of the most fun games ever.

Anyone play Smashbox Arena? This game is by far the best multiplayer game I've played.

I've actually been putting more hours on my Vive than normal PC games. Haven't gotten tired of it. Also Smashbox Arena is spectacular.

Got the rift + touch for $400 during their summer sale. Will need to buy another $60 sensor though because two of them isn't really sufficient for reliable roomscale.

Robo Recall is incredible.

Lone Echo is pretty awesome. Been playing it on Revive on my Vive. Also Rez Infinite is sweet.

I did the same a few weeks back thanks to your heads up

Now, I can actually control oversteer on mid-engined cars on Assetto Corsa

I haven't really looked into it much, but I had intended to watch a lot of 3D/360 videos (wing suits, far off places and such). I mean real-life footage and not rendered. If anyone has any advice, please share.

what are some good Gear games? I am enjoying the Bait fishing game. I heard Angry Birds is fun but pretty short.

Drop Dead is a pretty good zombie shooter, though I've only played it for about 15 minutes
