I'd be ok with that. I'm not a fan of the Ginger.

I'm just happy Saul made it back with the video rather than having something stupid like the plane crash or him die in a car crash without telling anyone.

Yeah. They made it seem that way from the previous episode preview.

I feel the same way. I like the character of Brody a lot, but stretching his plot any longer than 2 seasons would be pretty rough at this point. With this being Showtime's key show right now I wonder what they're going to do to keep the series going, no way they just let it die with Brody.

season 2 ends with brody switching sides and thwarting whatever big plans nazir has at the last minute

season 3 is brody working to take down nazir as a double agent

maybe something where Nazir kills innocent people will cause him to snap and switch sides.

there is no way this show continues on without Damien Lewis. Saps is probably spot on.

This show keeps you guessing. Midway through the episode I was fully prepared for another few episodes of monitoring Brody. Who saw him going down this soon? Was Carrie right or wrong to follow her instinct? I personally feel she was just pissed at him and wanted to be the one to take him down.

I have no idea where they're headed at this point. Interrogation of Brody I guess. What will Carrie do going forward other than get chewed out next episode for not following orders (again)?

Why is there so little commentary on this show!?!?

I had no idea what this season was going to do. I was afraid it was going to get milked after their success last season. But it seems like they are definitely going to be taking Brody down, maybe with an Abu Nazir showdown next season?

The new CIA guy has to be the mole. Carrie is having her surveillance guys look into him and he is a random that is close enough to the director to get the safe code.

That said, anyone get the impression that Saul is some cold war legend that has survived multiple administrations and CIA directors? Seems pretty interesting that he gets to call the shots in the last few episodes.

Lots of dumb fucking predictions in this thread, but that's the nature of predictions -- no penalty for getting them wrong, lots of boasting if you get something right.

Obviously Carrie was right in her judgement -- no point in waiting if he figured her out.

I was half-expecting Mike to snap Lauder's neck when he was giving his Brody/Walker theories, like Mike was in on it all or so

i don't think its crazy for brody to have faked that whole interrogation. a few days of sleep deprivation is probably nothing to him.

so maybe he's a broken pussy. or maybe he's a master terrorist. who knows?

on an average network tv show, they broke him and he's now a double agent for the CIA. but this show is like the honey badger of political thrillers.

I'm just worried this season ends with him as a CIA operative catching Abu Nazir, then next season hes a good guy like nothing happened in the past. Or we just continue the is he a good guy or a bad guy thing non stop. Not really sure where they go from here in terms of keeping Brody a part of the show long term.

^^^ Breaking Bad I can at least picture a ton of different scenarios for how it plays out. There only seem to be a few ways to go with it from here. This show has surprised me many many times and I really enjoy it, I just worry it is going to get very predictable soon.
