Majority of what I'm seeing is that Strong is/was supposed to decline the job, Gundy declined the job already (CBS), and its largely down to Fedora. The only thing UNC or Fedora has done is tell a recruit over the phone that he's staying at UNC, so no public dispelling of rumors.
