Can't decide who is in on it from the inside.

It's either the young guy or the FBI cult specialist. I don't think they both are, but both are possibilites.

- The young guy obsessed with the case and knows practically every detail. It's obvious he could be in on it.
- The cult specialist seems to do the wrong thing every time. She took him the book in jail, she seems to have a different interaction with Carroll.

I think tonight is gonna be a good episode. Someone is gonna fuck up from Carroll's side soon and they're gonna be on to where the son is.

I don't like Emma or the actress that play her. I think the writers want her to come off as evil and malicious, but I just find her irritating and annoying every time she's on screen. I don't think she is a very good actress and the whole murder club leader bitch arc and love triangle arc are both not suited to her. Casting fail, IMO.


When they flash back to all the time these followers came to visit Carroll in jail, how in the fuck were the conversations of a death row inmate not being monitored or recorded???

It's just becoming stupid IMO. A lot of stuff on tv is unrealistic but almost everything on this show is becoming that way.

On Monday when the cop was pointing his gun at the guy in the barn and the guy kept moving closer and closer then he steals his gun and shoots him. That was an awfully written scene. First why didn't the guy just shoot the cop? He had a bag full of guns. Second, the cop wouldn't have allowed him to get that close. Just ridiculousness.

They would also put Joe in solitary confinement and would never let him get any messages out. the fbi would have sent more than two officers out to search the houses. The old couple would have never let the Joey go back with his Nanny (Emma). They said they saw his picture on the news, you'd have to imagine Emma's picture would have been all over the news with Joey's and she would've been classified as the one who abducted him.

The last one was probably just my frustration with Mondays episode and I was looking for something to be pissed about, but Kevin bacon (hardy) also wouldn't have stood at the bottom of the stairs with his back turned to the front door talking to Joey. Especially not without closing and locking the door. He knew they heard the gunshots and that at least one of them would be outside.





With good shows like the Americans and house of cards out right now, this show is starting to lose me quickly.

nevermind, it was just renewed for a 15 episode season 2. Probably the only good thing about that is Kevin Bacon had the leverage to keep the episode count down to 15. Drawing a show like this out for 22 episodes would be a terrible idea.

Was wondering if they'd finally show exactly how big his group of "followers" was, and last night it seemed he had quite a bit of them. Not really sure how this is going to turn into 2 seasons, but I'll keep watching. Kevin Bacon still keeps me entertained, though I am tired of seeing him chase someone every episode just to pull up short gasping for air and clutching his chest.

His followers kidnap the Warden's daughter. And there was never a missing persons filed on her? She was never known to be missing? And the Warden never mentioned it to police/fbi/someone?!?! I would think if you did that to a Warden while you were in his prison, he would make your life living hell. Not the other way around.

Carroll has a lawyer drive him somewhere and she keeps quiet because he had someone cut her fingers off five years ago? LOL. I'm pretty sure the first thing that would've happened when the lawyer was told that plan is she immediately tells the FBI and is put into custody, or at a damn bare minimum is tracked/followed.

Weston and Hardy spot Joe talking with some guy in a hotel or something. They don't even attempt to sneak up on him. They just pull their guns and cause a scene. Typical FBI protocol, I'm sure. What the hell was the point in them even seeing Carroll there? It would've been a much better scene if they just catch them at the elevators or the damn parking garage.

Why the hell are there always only TWO FBI agents looking for Carroll. It's always Weston and Hardy. Never any backup, never any one else. You would think by now they would split their teams up and possibly get local PD involved? Oh...wait...he's probably got a follower for them, too.

Like Jeepin said - How the hell does a serial killer escape from prison and fly off in a helicopter? I've watched a lot of the tv show "I almost got away with it." I guess they just need a helicopter and they can change the shows name to "I got away with it."

How in the bloody fuck did this man arrange for 100's of followers to coordinate perfectly behind bars? He's a damn genius for no one to ever screw up and it's even more amazing that no one thought it was weird that a serial killer had several visitors.

The twins are totally making this show for me, they are a perfectly balanced between being creepy as hell and likeable. Emma still sucks, but the other storylines are intriguing though.

It does seem weird how the detective chick and artist love interest look very similar to the detective who was buried alive last year and Claire.
