just completed plumbing rough-in. hvac starts wednesday and electrical starts following week. siding and windows should be then as well.

that's a heck of a span and I assume will have a decent load on it. Would much rather have a steel beam.

Our Progress
Front Door coming this week. Metal Roof finishing tomorrow. front/back porch ceilings this week drywall this week ext paint this week and next did a little grading yesterday
not going very fast but i have paying jobs ahead of this one lol

i feel you. wettest summer I can remember in a long time. At least 95% of the items on my project at work is indoors. If we weren't re-using an existing structure we would have had a lot of setbacks this spring/summer.

Not really. I'll take some tomorrow. The problem with being a builder and building your personal home is that paying work often gets in the way especially when you are a "hands On" type GC.
Cabinets started today. Tile is done in 2 of 3 baths. Granite for a week from Wednesday. Painter will start next week. Stairs and trim ongoing. 9/6/2013 10:17:21 PM |
