It actually lasted only 17 mins. The HR doesn't have a tech background. She asked a lot of behavior questions like: What is your strength? (biz analysis skill, cross-field knowledge) Why did you leave ur last position? (small biz can't pay well; market is shrinking) Why do u apply our company?(decent company; local company, close to home; recommended by a friend) Why are u interested in this position? (have a strong tech background)
And it's totally about 11 mins. Then she asked general questions like: Do you need sponsorship?( yes, but not necessary) What do you expect your salary? (50k) Can you start working right after getting the offer?(sure) Do you have any questions for me?( how do u define success in this position?)
