I'm a fan. There's some things that bother me, like some plot lines aren't really pulling themselves together like I'd have hoped by now. Like I have a general idea of what the human smuggling subplot has to do with Sonya and Marco, but I'd have hoped there'd be something a little more clear.

i enjoy the show, but it's not appointment television. I usually let a couple collect on my DVR and then knock them out back to back. I find i'm more engaged that way than I was early on.

Anyone watching this season?

I enjoyed the first episode, though it wasn't spectacular...but it seems like they might be moving more towards border issues rather than a repeat of last year's big bad serial killer, which would be a great way to go I think.

General comment:

I really like how FX let's their dramas run over the 60 minute timeframe. In my experience 75 minute dramas are becoming quite common on FX.

So far I'm a fan of how this season's turning out. I like how they've put the whole asperger's thing in the background and not continued with the whole, "This is what makes her such a great cop" storyline.

Linder's role was very interesting in the first season, I'd like them to maybe go back to that a bit more

they tied a lot of things up nicely so if they don't do a season 3 i won't be surprised. although, i would like to see the fates of Robles and Galvan. and damn is Eleanor bat-shit-crazy lol

I definitely hope they renew. They've built such a great world to work in and as mentioned, the acting is good overall, with some pretty great performances from a few people

They could easily do a season focusing more on missing Mexican girls or the apathy of El Paso citizens to the problems in Juarez...background issues from the past that I think could drive a season
