Not that it matters for this game but for all the handwaving I've seen of our record given our opponents (justifiably so after the Georgia Southern game) it's worth noting that Duke is 4-0 playing Elon, Troy, Kansas and Tulane.

I'm not really buying the 10 win season vs winless ACC season thing either, because large swings in records from season to season happen quite frequently with the non-traditional ACC powers. Fridge at Maryland and Groh at Virginia come to mind.

I read in the N&O that this is the 1st time we have hosted the #1 ranked team in football, and only the 4th time we have ever played a #1 ranked team in football. I gagged when one of the previous times was in the 1940's at UNC. The other two previous times were at FSU.

How we win:
- Crowd frenzy all 3+ hours, just like the last 2 times vs FSU.
- FSU unforced penalties. This has always been a big part of our W's vs FSU.
- Tenuta returns to dial up some blitz packages

How we lose:
- Winston plays with a vengeful purpose after sitting a week
- FSU's bus makes it to C-F
- NCSU fans anticipate a blowout and sell their tickets to FSU fans => home game FSU

Was there in 2011 for the Clemson game and 2012 for the FSU game, just hoping we could rush the field.

There are people there who want to, but they recognize that they can't over come the small militia that guards the student section.
