its not just the stats its the shots he takes. unless he gets a screen, he is usually jacking up contested 3's. with long rebounds that we have no chance of getting the OR.

There's a difference between saying bench Turner for a few games and saying bench Turner for a few minutes. He has very limited value to the team when he is cold and his shot selection is poor... giving him a break might help him on at least one of the two.
