most of the enforcement is being done off the field. violators are receiving written warnings from the league and things of that nature. I watch a lot of baseball and most batters are tending to follow the rule and stay in the box between pitches. Now a foul or dead ball and they'll still take their time reentering, but for the most part it's helping.

I know some of the minor leagues are experimenting with the pitch clock, but I don't remember seeing it used at the Mudcats. Either no one violated it, or one of the umps in the field was just keeping track on a stopwatch.

pitch clock is implemented. I see it at all of the Knights games. It's more in a location for the players to see it than it is for the fans to see it.
