Love is certainly a better player than he showed for most of this season, but I wonder if he can be an alpha, or even beta, guy on a top team. Yeah he put up numbers in Minnesota, but they were winning 30 games. In Cleveland, they're winning but he's not carrying his weight. I agree he needs to step it up. His problem is that his two biggest strengths on the offensive end sort of contradict each other. He can't shoot threes if he's crashing the offensive boards, and he can't box anyone out when he's camped downtown. I think Chicago will make life hell for him if they match up.

I was just kidding

Curry has attempted more 2PT FGs tonight than Wood did during his entire junior and senior seasons

His father probably beat him down if he didn't shoot 100 threes before bed.

Reggie Miller needs to rape or kill somebody to get him off the air once and for all. Just awful.

Curry can dribble, pass, create his own shot, defend well enough.

kerr should've won. he turned a good team into an elite team. very few people, myself included, thought he'd make such a dramatic impact. the fact the's he's a rookie coach makes it sting even more.

if curry doesn't win MVP, it will be a total joke

Hawks have 4 all stars. Not saying he did a bad job or anything, but Kerr deserved it more imo

^^ that'd be an ok argument if this were his 1st year in Atlanta

they were mediocre with him last year, most of it having to do with Horford being out. they probably should have beaten the Pacers in the 1st round.

they both did really good jobs, but I think Kerr has a better case

i honestly thought i had lost it to kerr when the hawks stopped trying in february and started resting guys

i made that bet based off how they played in r1 last year + getting horford back. their O/U was something stupidly low like 41 it just made no sense. i actually considered throwing a few bucks at kerr and quinn snyder too but figured the jazz had no chance in the west and gsw could get better not THIS much better.

I dont see how guys can let thompson get so many revounds over and over. you know its coming so guarding him should require care like guarding a knock down shooter. Always know where he is and Put a body on him before he gets in position.

Lebron should put together a sign-and-trade to trade Kevin Love and a piece or two to the Celtics for Brad Stevens

Are there gonna be 8 first round sweeps?

[Edited on April 22, 2015 at 9:34 PM. Reason : San Antonio is the only team I'm confident can win at least 1]

Yeah, I think the Clippers might have the Spurs number in this series. Even if they don't, SA having to go on the road for all their series is probably going to keep them from making the finals again.

LAC not having a wing player worth a shit sort of makes Kawhi less useful as a defender than he would be against any other team in the league.

Sometimes when I go on these epic playoff runs I really start believing that I might be a God....

I mean betting the 8 seed back to back years was just sick as fuck. This Boston winning more than Dallas is candyass all the way.

I might dump the spurs tho they look bad. Parker is completely finished.

Lol at Lakers winning 50. The Lakers will suck dick next year. Kobe sucks. Randle will almost definitely suck. Those big men aren't gonna be any good yet. Rondo was hot garbage in dallas. The Lakers are early contenders for the first pick again next year. No way they make playoffs without miracle free agents

he was totally a non factor; I almost got to the point where I was just going for the clippers to win and close out the series and I almost always go for the Spurs but if parker is fucked for the year then they aren't going anywhere

overall the 1st round has been pretty disappointing after I was hoping for that dream scenario where 1-8 in the west were contending teams; seems like everyone is dinged up this yr,

the second round should be pretty killer though
